NATURAL LEAF WRAPS

Natural Leaf Wraps are the newest addition to our cigar wrap lineup.  The original tobacco leaf is not processed at all, it is simply cut and shaped to the perfect cigar-rolling size, preserving all of the leaf's natural imperfections and attributes.  This is a great wrap for those looking for a pure, unaltered tobacco smoking experience.

Zig-Zag Original Wraps are made from a select variety of tobacco sources rejected for hand rolling due to physical appearance. Utilizing tobacco fillers, binders and water through a proprietary process, our wraps are crafted into one uniform sheet. This specialized process allows the control of sheet properties like air permeability, color, and moisture content which helps ensure a consistent and superior wrap that provides a slow and smooth burn every time. Zig-Zag 'Rillo Size Wraps are designed so that, when rolled, they roughly match the size of a typical cigarillo – Hence the name “Rillo”. These Wraps are crafted using the same tobacco and technique as our original wraps. They are simply cut at a slightly smaller size to match the cigarillo consumer preference. 'Rillo Size wraps come in a 4-pack and have their own range of flavors to explore.

Zig-Zag Cigar Cones are designed to be the most convenient way to burn. It starts with the same superior tobacco sheet as our Original Wraps. They are then cut into the appropriate size and shape. After flavor is applied, each pre-formed cone is then rolled around an unbleached paper tip. These cones are designed to be filled to your preference. You can fill it a little and tear off the top or fill it all the way to enjoy a longer burn.
